This is a double storey house constructed in reinforced structure of columns and beams in filled with masonry coral stone externally rendered and colour-washed and internally plastered and painted beneath a flat concrete slab roof. The staircases to the upper floor are laid in timber decking with wooden handrails and balustrades. Floors are finished in ceramic tiles. Windows comprise glazed aluminium casements. Doors comprise solid timber panels. Ceilings comprise plastered and painted concrete undersides.

Dream Of Life Layout PlanIn it you can observe the layout of each villa on the ground both on two level and on one level. The surface of each plot is about 450 square meters. Each plot is enclosed by a wall of a height equal to one meter with a net of height equal to 1.2 meter, installed on the wall between two columns of reinforced concrete. Along the fence wall, climbing plants will be grown to allow more privacy. In the Dream of Life-Site Layout Plan it is pointed out the allocation of garages and other rooms with the use of each, highlighted. At the entrance of the Complex, on the right side and on the left side, 14 garages are built, one for each villa.

There are also in the right side, beside the 7 garages, the garbage room, two bathroom and the reinforced concrete stairway to go up to the roof of the garage.

The roof of the garages 1, 2 and 3 of the garbage area and of the two bathroom will be done with reinforced concrete in order to have an habitable area of about 130 square meters.
